Back to School

School's starting this week and tmr will be my first day back to school for my Audit lesson!
Coincidentally, this week is also the student week which means lots of activities lined up for the students to participate. And guess what, yours truly will be taking part in the badminton competition with my partner Minglong at the grand hall tmr. Wish us luck!

White water rafting!

Back from Ipoh! =D

So I spent the weekend with ODAC doing white water rafting in perak. It was awesome for $165! We got to do white water rafting, waterfall abseiling. Wonderful meals at super low cost. And by wonderful meals I mean 1whole chicken and Ipoh Hor Fun and drinks at ard 13Rm each. 7 course meal for 20RM which includes curry chicken golden pillow. cold dish. prawn. fish. duck. vegetables, and soup. Super Wu HUA rite?!

Ok, that aside, and the 30+ bed bug attacks aside. That night was crazy. Games, cards, booze, the combination has always been crazy. Plus Some new people I met, Robin, Joey, Geraldine, Rin, Weixiang, Tin, Amanda, Melissa, Huiyun aka ah lian, Joe and Dennis who lied they were freshies, Marco the James bond, and my roommate Nicholas. What happened in that room shall stay in that room and we shall leave it as that. I think this batch of Odac exco is doing a very good job. Not that the previous one didnt. But the difference is they see participants as customers instead of trekkers. So you can imagine all the welfare and care they gave to the participants. We could see how meticulous they were from the detailed information and instructions they gave. Their efforts were obvious.

This aside, I've Ecr to do on this coming Wednesday, and I've not made up my mind on what to take this term! Somebody Save me!!

When was the last time u overhaul yourself?

Today marks the last day of my day job. Which signifies more Rest time! Woo Hoo! This marks the end of my 14th job. 14th's really high isnt it? Have you work as much as I had? I wanna hear about it. Speaking of which, new record set! It has been a month since I last updated! It has been really tiring working both day and night job while attending Spanish lesson during my free time. So I'm gonna unload some stuff from my mind, hoping it'll free up some space inside.

I went to the dentist about a week or so ago. I visit the dentist annually to touch up on my unhealthy gum and sensitive \teeth. It's always refreshing, painful and relieved after the visit. The dentist did some scaling and polishing, root planning and prescribed some anti biotic mouth rinse. Was due for teeth whitening today until I cancelled it last minute. Those of you who don visit the dentist periodically, maybe its time u do so. Because bacteria is kinda funny in the sense that u know its there. Even thou you cant see it.

Next up, wanna complain about my phone. Which I dont really wanna complain about anymore. Funny isnt it? Complaint letter sent. Couple of phone call to SE hotline, spoken to the service centre manager, 5 trips down to the service centre kinda summarise all. Plus the same problem has not been fixed. Meanwhile, the laptop is facing technical difficulties in the sense that it either cant typed cos the cat had previously peed on the keypad, rendering the laptop keys to be useless now. Or the same key is being pressed without me pressning it. Meaning it goes 11111111111111111111111 without me typing the external keyboard which I'm using now. Things always break down during the holidays. Wonder if its good or bad.

Thirdly, Results had been released after almost 4months of anticipation. It was unacceptable and disappointing but I've come to terms with it. 78, 67, 66 and 66 are the scores for the 4modules I took. So close yet so far to 4As, how disappointing. Missing out by inches would mean that I'd have to work doubly hard this coming term.

There are still some errands I need to run, some things I've due to purchase but not yet done so. Some kayaking trip and house visits to organise. Some packing and organising for the new term. And also RELC membership to pay plus bursary to apply, banks to visit. Never ending stuff to attend to.

Lastly, I'm going to Ipoh for Odac white water rafting this weekend from Friday to Sunday. Missing out on work but having some fun would take some stress off my shoulders.
